- Add your cuscus to a bowl,add grinded pepper, groundnut,Maggi,onga,Curry,salt,black pepper,garlic,ajino and any other spice and seasoning you like,stir them and then add the moringa and oil and stir well, sprinkle some water and stir
- Now add this to a big colander,add little water to a pot and put a small lid in the pot over the water just like this,put the colander,note: you have to pick a colander that will fit on the pot,then cover with foil,sack or leather and then cover with the pot lid
- Put on medium heat and allow to steam for 20_30 mins,remove and serve. 💃😋😋You can add sauce,stew or oil and pepper,but you should then not put seasoning so it will not be over😆
