Instructions to make Linzer cookies:

  6. Line baking tray with parchment paper and place cookies on. Bake until sides start to brown.
  7. Allow to cool. Assemble your jam (I used ¼ cup orange marmalade, ¼ cup homemade thickened chocolate sauce, ¼ cup homemade thickened condensed milk, all in all totalling ¾ cups of fillings.)
  8. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on the 'middle cutouts cookies'. Turn the full (without cutouts) cookies and smear filling, then put one with cutout of same shape on top. Repeat for all cookies.
