  2. Take 85 g Powder sugar
  3. Take 2 tsp Vanilla flavour
  4. Prepare 250 g Flour
  5. Take 40 g Milk powder
  6. Take pinch Baking powder

Strawberry shortcake is one of my favorite desserts and you all know I love cookies-so I had to make these cookies. All of the goodness of strawberry shortcake, but in cookie form. These orangeberry shortcake cookies are like fluffy little shortcakes in cookie form. Mix all ingredients to a stiff dough.

Instructions to make Shortcake/cookies:
  1. Add sugar to your butter and cream till flourfy, add vanilla, flour, milk and pinch of baking powder.
  2. Mix to make a scrambled dough
  3. Using a rolling pin, roll out your dough to a square shape
  4. Cut and use Fork to poke each cookie then transfer to a baking tray
  5. Bake for 15mints and allow to cool fr 20 mints
  6. Serve with milk tea or eat as snack

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour until the mixture is crumbly. Anyhow, I made a soft vanilla cookie, frosted it with fresh strawberry buttercream and topped them with a strawberry. These are vegan, gluten free and paleo. I have a new flourless cookie recipe for you guys.
