Ofe Nsala - White Soup is a mouth watering delicacy peculiar to the Igbo tribe of Nigeria Ofe Nsala is known as white soup because Palm oil is not used for the preparation, unlike other traditional soups.   1. Boil yam and pound or blend make balls of it and set aside.
  2. Cook the chicken and stockfish season with salt,onion and seasoning cubes.add more water to it asvis boiling add the balls of yam
  3. After few mins it will thicken add crayfish,pepper,salt,dry fish,uda voil very well
  4. Slice in uziza leaves is set
