  1. Take 30 pieces meat cow leg
  2. Get 5 Utazi leaves
  3. Make ready 1 tablespoon Edible potash soaked in 1 cup of water
  4. Take 200 ml Palm oil
  5. Take I cup ugba
  6. Get 4 scotch bonnets
  7. Take 1 sliced onions
  8. Prepare 3 seeds of ehu calabash nutmeg
  9. Make ready Salt
  10. Take 4 cubes Maggi
  11. Prepare 1/4 cup ground crayfish

  3. Add ground crayfish, ground the Ugba and Leave some for garnishing. Wash utazi leaves with a very warm water to remove dirt and bacteria. Then combine the utazi leaves,ehu, and peppers,pound together and add to the pot and the remaining 2 MAGGI cubes. Mix together.
  4. Stir together and add the meat.
  5. Serve with boiled yam and enjoy 😉
