Stir for about 10 secs now add diced carrot and stir for 2 min. Off the heat completely and finally add d green pepper stir and cover. Ready!

Please note that different vegetable broth brands can make this dish turn a different color. I've used Trader Joe's unsalted vegetable broth which produces a darker color. And this stir fry is Vegan and Gluten -free too. It is one of our family favorite Asian dish - Stir fry in Hoisin sauce. Assorted veggies and tofu tossed in homemade hoisin sauce.
