This is a vei delicious dried shredded Meat floss. Pork, dried meat floss, fish products, canned foods, canned meat, fruit preserves, ketchup, jams, pickles, sauerkraut, soup, eggs, milk beverages (milk based), milk products, edible oils, raisins, potato. Rousong, also called meat wool, meat floss, pork floss, flossy pork, pork sung or yuk sung, is a dried meat product with a light and fluffy texture similar to coarse cotton, originating from China. Pork floss buns were always my favorite.

Steps to make Meat floss:
  1. Wash the flesh properly and put in into a pot.
  2. Add water, chopped onion, seasoning, salt, clove, garlic, black pepper, curry, to the meat and close The pot.
  3. After 30 minutes check the meat so as to know wether you are to add water or any of the ingredients.
  4. Allow it to be well cooked.
  5. Use wooden spoon to check if The meat is done, if it's then use The wooden spoon to mix the meat
  6. Mix it well until it turn into a cotton like (it's very easy to mix it when the meat is well cooked)
  7. Put the meat into a colander.
  8. Pour oil into a frying pan, when the oil is hot add the meat into the pan and fry at medium heat.
  9. Add the pepper, turmeric and mix them together.
  10. Taste the meat if there is need to add any of the above ingredients then add.
  11. Fry it until it becomes brown in color and you can smell the aroma now.
  12. When it's done put it in a colander so that excess oil will drain out.
  13. Serve!
