- When meat is done,add your already cleanly washed bitter leave,cocoyam and red oil, mix,cover and allow to cook for 15mins
- By now the mixture has blended,add pepper and crayfish, seasoning cubes and almighty ogili, allow to cook for another 15 minutes so that all ingredients can blend well
- Turn down heat and serve with Akpu,pounded yam or any other swallow of choice
