  6. Get 1 and half cup of water

  4. Stir in together until all the ingredients are well combined - The resulting batter should not be too thick, otherwise the the cake will tough - Now cover it up and allow it o proof for 1-2 hours
  5. Place a nonstick pan (preferably)add a liltle bit of oil and wait for it to get a liltle hot then pour in the batter and cover it for like 2mins once the cake begins to solidify you will see some little bubbles on top of the cake then its time to flip - Allow to cook for about 3-4 mins more mins then take off the cake
  6. Repeat this process until you have exhaust the rice batter
