- When is ok to fry the batter should have risen in quantity and will have some air bubbles.
- Pour some oil in a deep pot and allow to heat up,the oil sgould be 3inches deep.onces the oil is hot scoope some batter into the oil.
- Onces the underside of the puff puff is golden brown,flip the other side to fry.
- When both sides is golden side select out and put in a sieve.
