Steps to make Samosa:
  1. Add up all the dry ingredients, add oil & water to make a soft sticky dough, cover the dough & allow it to rest.
  2. Add spices, seasonings & curry in a pan & set on heat, add grated scotch bonnet, onions & chopped green pepper, mix & stir for 2mins, add up the boiled drained minced meat & fry for 3mins.
  3. Knead the dough & cut into 6pieces, flatten each & use brush to spread the oil on it, add flour & do the same for the others, add the all together knead again & heat in s non stick own at low heat. Use a sharp knife to cut into four sizes, cut the edges.
