Instructions to make Samosa:
- In a big clean bowl, sieve in the flour
- Add salt, some oil, water and give it a good mix, till form a dough, keep it aside and let your dough rest for some minutes.

- Make a flour paste.
- Take one of the samosa sheet add in your fillings, apply the flour paste at the edge of the samosa to avoid the filling from coming out while frying.
- Keep on repeating it with the remaining sheet until you're done with all the sheet as shown
- Heat enough oil, fry the samosa till golden brown.
- Your samosa is ready.
- Serve with chilled drink or hot coffee and enjoy
