  1. For the minced meat,add little oil in a pan and add the Ginger garlic paste,stir and add the minced meat,keep stirring and add rest of the spices and seasoning,keep aside

  6. For the glue,mix flour and water together to make a paste
  7. Bring each layer and fold then add the filling,use the glue paste and over the edges
  8. When done,fry in a hot oil untill golden brown
