  1. In a large pan add vegetable oil and heat.add sliced onions and diced tomatoes and stir fry for 3mins.add curry thyme, turmeric seasoning cubes and pinch of salt. Cover and cook for 15-20mins.transfer the cooked mixture into a blender and process till smooth. Add 1 tablespoon veg oil in a pot and sieve the blended tomatoes in the pot. Cook on low heat.
  2. In another pan heat oil and add the cubed chicken breasts. Add seasonings, curry thyme and turmeric and stir fry till the chicken turns brown. Add the chicken in the sieved cooked tomatoes and stir well to combine. Add the butter and yoghurt and stir till butter melts completely. Cover and cook for 15mins. Serve with white rice.
