  3. Parboiled your potatoes and carrots till soft,put another pan on low heat add oil and onion then meat put seasoning and spices till done.
  4. Pan on low heat add lil oil spread your mixture with brush like you see in the pic till you finished all.
  5. Cut your wraps into 3,take 1 by 1 and rap it till you finished all
  6. Rap and fry
