- Take the boneless chicken and cut them to small cubes as shown in image
- Now fry the chicken cubes till golden brown in a pan
- Now cut all the tomatoes onions and mix all whole Spices
- Put little Vegetable oil in the pan and put all the things together and cook for around 5 mins, add little salt red chilli powder and a hint of turmeric, add little water also
- Now once the tomatoes and all others looks cooked partially let it cool and then grind them to make puree
- Now take 2 cubed if butter in a pan and add the puree, add little Salt, little sugar and 2 more cubes of butter, you can add cream at this point if you want to
- Now add the sauted chicken to the puree
- Cover and cook for around 5/10 mins and then the Butter chicken is ready
