- Prepare अदरक - लहसुन का पेस्ट 11/2 बडा चम्मच
- Prepare हल्दी पाउडर 1 चम्मच
- Get लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 चम्मच
- Make ready धनिया पाउडर 1 चम्मच
- Prepare दही 1/2 कप
- Prepare गुलाब जल 1/2 चम्मच
- Make ready केसर दूध
- Take टमाटर 1 कप
- Get गरम मसाला 1 चम्मच
- Make ready ताजा धनिया कटा
- Take भूना प्याज

- चरण 1 - चार कप नमकीन उबलते पानी में दो हरी इलायची, एक काली इलायची, पांच लौंग, दालचीनी का आधा इंच का टुकड़ा, तीन चौथाई होने तक उबालें। फिर उसमें चावल डाल दें। चावल को हल्का पकाएं।
- एक नॉन-स्टिक पैन या कूकर गरम करें। अऔर उसमे घी डाले फिर उसमे हरी इलायची, लौंग, काली इलायची और दालचीनी तेजपत्ता डाल कर भूनें। फिर प्याज और लहसुन - अदरक के पेस्ट को भूनें। टमाटर फ्रेंच बीन्स, फूलगोभी के फूल और हरी मटर डालें। हल्दी लाल मिर्च पाउडर धनिया पाउडर और नमक डालें और पकाएं। फिर दही ओर मसाला मिलाएं। सब्जियां पक जाएं तो गैस हल्की कर दें। फिर इसमें से करीब आधी सब्ज़ी निकाल ले।
- तल पर सब्जी की परत बना ले। फिर उसके ऊपर चावल की परत के बाद सब्ज़ी कीपरत बना दे फिर से चावल की परत बना दे। उसके ऊपर से भुना प्याज, केसर का दूध, धनिया पत्ती ओर पुदीना की पत्ती डाले। फिर उसे ढक दें। ओर हल्की गैस पर 10 मिनट तक पकाएं। फिर उसे गर्म - गर्म परोसें।
