  1. Take 150 grms chicken
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp +1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make Butter Chicken:
  1. Marinate chicken with 1 tbsp tandoori masala+ dahi +gg paste and mix it well.keep aside for 5 mins
  2. Heat 1/3 cup oil in kadhai and fry the chicken pieces and remove.now grill for 1 min on direct gas and shredd the pieces and keep aside.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil(use frying remaining oil)in kadhai and put chopped tomato and saute for2 to 3 mins then put 1/3 cup water and cook on high flame untill water dries and let it cool.afterthat grind it to make a paste.
  4. In that same kadhai add remaining oil of frying (1/4 cup)and butter(2 to 3 tbsp).then add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste+1 tsp grinded green chilli and saute for few seconds then add red chilli powder+tandoori masala+cumin powder+salt+garam masala powder mix it and cook for few seconds only and then put tomato paste and mix.
  5. Cool it for 5 mins add kaju powder+red food colour and mix it well.now add water and milk and let it cook for 8 to 10mins.afterthat add 1/3 cup of butter little water and shredded chicken and let it cook untill gravy thickens.
  6. When gravy cook and get thickens add fresh cream+kasturi methi+chopped coriander leaves mix it well.
  7. Garnish with some fresh cream and serve with paratha/roti/pav.
