  1. Take maida add ajwain oil and salt to it. Make a tight dough and cover it with wet cloth for 15-20 mins
  2. Take a wok add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic and green chilli paste then add peas to it and cook for 1-2 mins. Now add mashed potatoes and all dry masalas to it. Finally add coriander leaves. Let it cool
  3. Now divide the dough into equal parts and make it round by using a rolling pin then cut into halved make a cone and stick it with water fill the aaloo masala in it. Seal the outer layers properly with water. Keep it in the fridge for 15- 20 mins
  4. Fry the samosa in slow flame for 10-15 mins. Serve with chutney or ketchup
