- First I washed my groundnut and added a pinch of salt to it then dried it, u can fry (optional) if u want. I actually fried mine because after washing there was no sun to dry it
- Pour the flour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and milk depending on how you want it, mix together and set aside
- Break the eggs in a separate bowl add sugar to it, then the vanilla extract, mix them together, until the sugar dissolves
- Use a spoon to fetch the egg mixture, and pour on groundnuts make sure all the groundnut are all wet with the mixture, then pour a little amount of flour inside the groundnut mixture and stir in a circular motion or any direction u want, just make sure the flour coats the groundnut, continue this process until the groundnut is well coated with the flour, and you are satisfied
- Note u might want to use your hands to separate them, because it will get sticky
