- Ground your egusi into powder
- Wash and chop your spinach and set aside

- Heat oil in a pot and pour in your paste and fry for some minutes
- Add in water and beef stock,season with salt,curry,maggi and spices and cook for some minutes
- Mix your egusi with some water and mould into balls
- Pour the balls into the soup and cook for 5 minutes
- Then use a spoon to break off the cook moulded egusi
- Add in beef,kpomo, spinach and simmer
- Serve with any swallow of your choice
