  7. Heat your oil on medium heat, check if it's hot by placing a small piece of dough, if it floats, the oil is hot enough. Put your doughnuts, keeping turning them till the get an even shade of brown on both sides.
  8. Drain the excess oil and serve. - *For extra sweetness  you can coat them with icing sugar while still hot. You can also melt chocolate 🍫  and drizzle it on the doughnuts.
