- When you fry the tomatoes for about 10min add the dry fish bullion cubes and the beef, ponmo and stock add some water if necessary cover and allow to boil
- Mix the egusi with little water to form a paste start scooping it with a spoon and drop it inside the pot cover and allow to boil
- Add your bitter leaf allow to boil for about 10 min stir the soup well.
- Serve with swallow of choice.I served mine with pounded yam
