The ingredients needed to make Egg Roll:
  1. Take 5 hard boiled eggs
  2. Prepare 150 g plain flour
  3. Take 50 g margarine
  4. Take 50 g sugar
  5. Get Half teaspoon yeast
  6. Prepare Half teaspoon baking powder
  7. Take Pinch salt
  8. Prepare Vegetable oil for frying

I also experimented with freezing the egg rolls uncooked. After freezing I put them straight into a hot oven.

  2. Allow to stand for about 15 minutes while u boil and peel your eggs.
  3. Cut your dough into five portions. Roll out and then wrap a hard boiled egg tightly in each dough portion. Deep fry in hot vegetable oil on medium heat.
  4. Enjoy with beverage of your choice. I took mine with Lipton yellow label tea

I also experimented with freezing the egg rolls uncooked. After freezing I put them straight into a hot oven. Egg rolls are so called because the wrappers (or "skins") are made with egg; spring rolls wrappers are not.
