The ingredients needed to make Egg Roll:
  1. Prepare 2 cups flour
  2. Make ready 1 egg
  3. Take 1 tsp baking powder
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
  5. Take 5 boiled eggs
  6. Get 2 tbsp sugar
  7. Get 8/9 tbsp water

  4. Pour the water a little at a time and work the dough till dough is soft and sticky but still workable.
  5. Work the dough for about a minute then cover it and let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Work the dough again for a couple of seconds to a minute and divide it into 5.
  7. Tightly wrap each of the dough around each Egg.
  8. Fry on a medium heat turning over and over again until it’s golden brown. - - Serve your Egg Roll with a chilled drink. Enjoy!
