  2. Take 2 cksp palm oil
  3. Get 2 fresh tomatoes
  4. Take 5 fresh pepper
  5. Get 1 kg goat meat cut in big chunks
  6. Make ready kpomo
  7. Get 1 tbsp crayfish blended
  8. Take to taste salt
  9. Get spinach leaf sliced
  10. Take 2 knorr cube

  4. Mix blended egusi with little water and turn it into a paste, pour into the pot and stir continuously for 5 to 8 minutes,
  5. Add crayfish, salt and knorr cube then add cooked goat meat and kpomo; stir everything together, cover pot and leave it on low heat for another 5 minutes,
  6. Add dice spinach leaf stir and turn off heat almost immediately; and serve with any swallow of your choice
