Steps to make Samosa:
  1. Wash and diced the Irish potatoes, carrots and onions into different plates and set aside.

  7. Cut each into 2 equal halves form a cone shape with one of the halves. Scoop some meat sauce into the cone shape and cover it as seen below.
  8. Put some vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and fry until it is golden brown.
