  11. Take 1/2 cooking spoon veg oil
  12. Take Water as required
  13. Get 1 medium sized sweet potato diced
  14. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper
  15. Prepare 1 tsp calaba nutmeg (gyadar kamshi)

  4. Add spinach when potato is soft and the beans cooked and simmer for 2min
  5. Serve and enjoy. Can be eaten with bread, rice, pasta or yam and also like that.
  6. Note; addition of potato is optional. I added it coz its a leftover and about to get spoilt.
