  1. For Masala filling: Take half kg Boiled Potatoes mash it and keep aside then Take a Kadhai add oil and 4 Spoon and heat for 2 min.

  4. Dough: Take a Container add All-purpose flour or Maida half kg ghee or oil for soften the flour 1 Cup,add 1 Spoon Carom Seeds,1 Spoon Kalaunji,Salt to taste add water as per required knead it and make a Soft Dough and keep aside.
  5. Now take a small pieces of Dough,Roll it in a puri shape cut into half then take a half piece fill the masala and paste with the help of water and make samosa of all dough.
  6. On medium to low flame fry all the Samosas to the golden colour and make it Crispy.
