  1. Take 2 cups Flour

Steps to make Springrolls:
  1. In a bowl, sieve the flour, add water, the mixture should be watery, nor too thick.
  2. Add sugar and salt to the mixture, and a tbspn of veg oil.
  3. Whisk well with a hand whisker break all lumps to make a smooth mixture.
  4. Heat the non stick pan on a low heat, use a clean paper towel piece with a touch of oil in it, and clean the pan,
  5. Spread the batter using a kitchen brush and make an oval shape on the pan, according to size of your choice.
  6. Allow to heat for about 20- 30secs then remove with your hands until it's steak from the pan.
  7. Place the wrapper on a clean tray or plate. Repeat same steps for the remaining wrappers.
  8. Add a tblspn of veg oil to the heat pan, add the sliced onions,red pepper, carrots and peas fry-stir.
  9. Add your Maggie and seasonings, cabbage and fry lightly for 30seconds.
  10. Turn off the heat.
  11. Allow to steam for 1min and set aside.
  12. Lay the wrapper on a clean try, add some fillings.
  13. Fold both edges, brush with the wrapper mixture to bind it.
  14. Roll the wrapper almost to the end, and brush again, you can use your fingers to do so.
  15. Then roll to bind the end together.
  16. Repeat this for all the wrappers and set aside for frying
  17. Fry in veg oil, at a moderate heat, until brown or desired done.
  18. Enjoy.
