- Oil pan lightly with tissue/kitchen towel
- Pour in batter into pan
- And turn pan to spread batter
- Then place on low flame, it takes just around 40sec to lift up completely, flip it over and allow for just 20sec
- Take it out, place on a plate and cover with towel
- Repeat for the rest, and spring roll sheets are ready to use
- Take a sheet, scoop fish sauce
- Fold

- And roll, repeat for the rest
