Instructions to make Spring dosa:
- First we make batter take a bowl add semolina, curd, water and salt.
- Keep it aside for 30 min. Then add 1/2 tsp of fruit salt and mix well.
- If dosa are not spreading on tawa add 2 tbsp of rice flour in it.
- For stuffing chop all the vegetables.
- Now take a pan add 2 tbsp of oil then add onion, capsicum stir for 1 min then add cabbage.
- After adding cabbage add all the sauces and salt then stir fry only for 2 min.
- Our stuffing is ready.
- Now take a dosa pan spread the batter on tawa and make a dosa.
- On dosa add stuffing and roll the dosa slowly cut into pieces and garnish with spring onion.
