- Mix some 3 teaspoon of flour with hot water in a cup and stir properly with a spoon. THIS MIXTURE IS KNOWN ASS THE GLUE
- Spread the spring roll wrapper on a flat surface and fill it with the filling, fold it together and seal the edge with the liquid flour (The glue) as seen below
- Do these for the remaining spring roll
- Fry the spring roll in deep oil until it's brown and crusty
- Your spring roll is ready.Serve with hot tea
