The ingredients needed to make Spring roll:
  1. Take for kneading dough
  2. Prepare 2 Cup Maida
  3. Get 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions to make Spring roll:
  1. FOR STUFFING = take a pan add oil chopped ginger, onion slice and saute then put salt, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot, chopped green chilli and saute and finally add boiled noodles and mix gently and keep it side for cooling
  2. FOR DOUGH = take maida add salt and 2tsp oil and water as required and knead a soft & strechy dough cover & rest with samp clothe for 1/2 an hour
  3. Shape into roundels, Roll into a thin chapati, Add the chowmein noodles, and roll & shape into spring roll apply some water to seal edges
  4. Now fry on medium high heat until crisp & golden brown, And cut into a pieces
