Instructions to make Spring roll:
- Take a pot add oil, ginger garlic paste, fry it. Then add Boiled Chicken, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Sugar, Salt, Vinegar, Red chilli Sauce, Black Soy Sauce, Cabbage, Spring Onion, Capsicum, Carrots.
- Mix well & cook it 2-3 mins at high flame. Then add chicken powder, noodle, fry it 3-4 mins. Spring roll filling is ready. Keep aside to cool down at room temperature.
- Place Madda pati on dry place. Place filling on one coner of manda patti. Apply flour paste on corner. Fold over the corner. Roll tight. Fold over left side. Leave no space or air pockets. Fold over the other side. Place them aside down
- Carefully place spring rolls in the oil (about 4 - 5 at a time) and cook, turning occasionally, until deep golden - around 1 1/2 - 2 minutes. Transfer to paper towel to drain.
- Repeat with remaining spring rolls. Serve while hot with Sweet and Sour Sauce!
