Instructions to make Spring Roll:
  1. Sieve maida, add semolina, baking soda, salt and oil. Knead a dough using cold water. Put the dough aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add pieces of french beans and carrot. Cover with lid and let it cook for 10 minutes. Then add pieces of cabbage and capsicum. Cook for 2 minutes. Add noodles and mix it well, then add salt, give it a mix. Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. Add chilli sauce and soya sauce. Mix well.
  3. Take dough and make rotis from it. Put 2 tbsp of mixture in the middle of roti. Cover the roti by folding from every side. Stick the sides using water. Make a roll.
  4. Fry them in the oil on low flame.
  5. Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
