- Let the soup boil till it reduces, then pour the ugu leaves,and dry fish, in a bowl put your grinded egusi and put a little amount of water and mix well, then put on top of the ugu leaves without turning and close
- After some minutes your egusi soup will be ready, serve with any swallow of ur choice, I served mine with pounded yam.
