  5. Let the soup boil till it reduces, then pour the ugu leaves,and dry fish, in a bowl put your grinded egusi and put a little amount of water and mix well, then put on top of the ugu leaves without turning and close
  6. After some minutes your egusi soup will be ready, serve with any swallow of ur choice, I served mine with pounded yam.
