- Take 4 tbsp Plain flour
- Prepare 50gms (4tbsp) Melted butter
- Prepare 1 tbsp Salt
- Prepare 1 tbsp Instant yeast
- Prepare Warm water as required
- Make ready 2tbsp Garlic (crushed)
- Get 2 tbsp Green coriander
- Prepare 2tbsp Butter (to apply on naan)

- Put the plain floor,melted butter salt and instant yeast in a bowl and add little by little warm water to it until smooth dough consistency is form.
- Place knead dough in another bowl and cover it for 2 hours. After 2 hours dough will be ready.
- Now start making balls of dough to medium size and start plain it on a flat rolling board.
- And on the other side place a tawa pan on medium stove so you can place your naan dough on it.
- Place crushed garlic and coriander on plain dough and slight run a rolling pin over it and then on the back of naan dough spread little water all over it and place the back of naan to tawa pan.
- Rise a stove to medium - high.when bubble start making it means cooked from back, now for front side put tawa and front it to blaze cooked it from all side until it gives cooked brown color.
- Now remove naan with any flat spoon from tawa pan and serve it.
