  2. And then fry my oil in a clean pot, you can use a stainless steel frying pan as well.
  3. When my oil is fried I add my pepper and tomato (though the tomato is not much) and its also optional.
  4. After that I give it like 3mins and then I add my onions. Also give it 2mins.
  5. And then I break out my eggs ina clean bowl and add curry, ginger, garlic and thyme to it. And I use a fork to mux it thoroughly until all the ingredients are well mixed.
  6. And then add Maggie season to the stew in the pot or pan, and reduce the fire to low so that it won't burn
  7. After that add in your mixed egg into the stew but don't mix it, just pour the egg into the stew and close it.
  8. After about 5mins mix in the stew and the egg and then your egg sauce is completly made. Serve with yam or Rice.
