  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp Salt

Assemble seasoning and crayfish but soak locust beans in water to make sand settle underneath, sieve,put beef in a pot,season with ginger,seasoning cubes,little love dust beans and little salt and some onions for 30mins,cook without water on medium heat,stir occasionally, for 5mins till done, set aside,heat up oil,add onions,pepper, fry for 2mins,add remaining locust beans,tomatoes,stir fry for 2mins,Taste to adjust with salt,add beef,stir,cook for a min..turn off heat…enjoy with Ofada Rice!!!
