Instructions to make Kunun tsamiya(tamarind pap):
  1. Wash millet,nd pour water and let it sit overnight, wash again in the morning add chilli(not too much)add ginger nd grind.
  2. Pour water in the grinded mix to loosen it not too much water as we need it thick,using a soft chiffon cloth strain in,then add little water,nd squeeze it out,keep the pulp in another container, repeat till all the remaining are done, the sieved mix should be thick enough not watery,
  3. Now back to the pulp add water to it nd strain it in another bowl,strain it well to get all the juice out,
  4. Now boil water in a pot,wash tamarind and add hot water,keep it aside for 10 mins,strain it out to get the tamarind juice, pour the sived tamarind into the first sieved mixture to loosen the thickness not too watery, add hot boiling water to it,to make a thick pap,keep aside for 5 mins,now the second mixture (it would've settle a little bit,carefully drain the excess water on top) now add more tamarind juice to it,and add to the pap mixture,add sugar to ur taste nd serve
