- For the Akara: wash your beans and remove all the dirt in it. Add all your onion, pepper, ginger and tatashe. Blend o take it for grinding. It should not be too watery.
- Put it in a bowl, add the seasonings of your choice, cut your spring onions, beat it for like 4-5mins.
- Set a pan on fire, add enough oil when the oil is hot starts scoping your beans mixture with a spoon and be deeping it in your oil. Fry till you get that reddish honey colour…
I don't have the recipe for kunu but I have all the ingredients to make it, please share. A musician was on hand performing, with SSANU members dancing; while fried bean cakes and hot pap were served to the audience.
