  2. In a pot,heat up little oil,add d Egusi and groundnut, crayfish,dry pepper,knorr and fry for a minute or 2, add d beef stock,cover and simmer on medium heat for abt 4-5mins.
  3. Open and check ur soup if its to thick,add more stock and continue cooking.
  4. Add ur Ugwu and cook for 2mins, taste for salt and correct accordingly.
  5. Ur soup is ready, enjoy with any swallow, yam and rice.
