Instructions to make Potatoes sauce:
- Peel,dice and wash your potatoes. Parboil in boiling water and drain. Set aside
- Boil your meat with seasonings and onions. Cut into tiny pieces. Set aside. Share the fried fish into four-four piece and set aside.
- Slice your onions and set aside. Cut the carrots and green peppers into stripes,set aside.
- Roughly blend the tomatoes,peppers,scotch bonnet,ginger and onions.
