  4. Now pour your already steamed meat, fresh fish and stock fish then followed by your pounded pepper and crayfish and then cover the pot to simmer for about 10 to 15mins so the egusi will be well cooked and won't have that raw taste in it.
  5. Now add your pumpkin leaf/ugu, stir together and bring down the pot
  6. Your delicious egusi soup is ready. Serve with any swallow of your choice
