  5. Add palm oil into a pot,cover the lid and place on heat to bleach,on a low heat for 5mnts
  6. After 5mnts,put off heat and let the oil cool completely, before u open the pot.
  7. Bring the pot back on a medium heat,add onions and blend locust beans,fry until translucent
  8. Add the pepper, mix and stir fry continuously for 10mnts,until u notice patches of oil at the top
  9. Season the sauce with some seasoning cubes,add grounded crayfish,stir then cover to cook gently for 5mnts more
  10. Bring the cooked meat(assorted) into the sauce and stir fry,this should take about 10mnts
  11. Note.if the sauce appears to thick, add about half cup of the stock, and stir to combine.Ur ofada sauce is ready.U can serve with ofada rice.Enjoy.
