  5. Use motor and grind the garlic, nutmeg, and cray fish
  6. Add the palm oil and meat then grinded garlic nutmeg and cray fish inside
  7. Cut and wash the vegetable put it in a colander allow the water to drin
  8. Add it in side the soup and allow it to cook about 3 minutes then serve it with tuwo, EBA, pounded yam or white rice
