- Firstly sieve the flour,then add yeast,sugar and salt
- Add oil,butter then mix together
- Whisk the egg and put half of it and then mix the flour
- Add water and knead the flour to make a dough. Keep kneading the flour for like 10minute,cover and allow it to rise for 1hr in a warm place
- After that 1hr,see how the dough double it size
- Then divide the dough into 12 balls,set aside
- Add butter,milk and Milo in a small bowl mix together till all combined
- Take one of the dough roll it flat and put little mixture of Milo at the center,close it and mould it with your hand to make a small cycle ball
- Grease the pan with butter and arrange the dough like this. Then cover it for 15mnt to rise again
- Egg wash the top with the remaining egg and sprinkle same sesame on it
- Put on a reheated oven and bake for 20- 25mnt
- See the result. Put melted butter on the bread immediately after baking and over it with kitchen towel for 5mint
