- Boil your meat,fish,stockfish and pomo together add ur maggi and salt to taste
- Then fry the meat and fish with groundnut oil if u wish,because me I do fry them.
- Blend your pepper and onions together.
- Place the pot of meat stock on fire and pour your blended crayfish and pepper inside and allow it come to boiling
- Pour your blended egusi in a bowl slice onions into tiny pieces and pour,then add a little water mix it to a thick paste.
- Then you cut and pour it into the boiling stock and pour your palm oil and cover for 5minutes.
- Open and stir then wash your pumpkin leaves and pour cover for 2minutes.
- Your soup is ready.
